Please tell us what you liked most about working with Ashley
I've had some bad memories at car dealerships and heard some stories that would make one bitter. After mentioning how I felt prior to meeting Ashley, he definitely understood what I meant. He wasn't real pushy at all and he didn't try to be sneaky. He was upfront and honest and I think his reputation speaks for himself. After careful consideration, research, prayer and several nights of sleeping on it. I felt it was time and was satisfied with the business. True, I'll be having car payments for some time but I don't feel like I've been bamboozled during the whole process. I hope and pray the whover is reading this finds the comfort in making a big purchase such as vehicle. Take care. Peace!
Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Ashley the Car Guy
Ashley was willing to work with me in negotiating a price. And he did, the worst thing the boss could say was no. But he at least made attempts to try to work with me and I appreciate him for that. I don't believe him to be two-faced. What you see is what you get, a guy who doesn't single out a person but includes everyone in the process. To make sure that one gets the best deal, when it comes to car buying. Thanks Ashley.
Please tell us how Ashley helped you with your 2017 Subaru Crosstrek
From Ashley to the finance department, we were willing to talk it out and discuss what that is that I should do. The Finance department was a little persuasive but wasn't forceful in demanding about what I should pick when it came to add-ons.
I understand that they have a job as well and I understand that they need to be paid as well also. Negotiation isn't always the easiest thing to face but it is necessary for learning. Awkwardness increases intelligence. Conflict increases experience. Whether you choose to play the victim or you choose to own it. It is up to you. Peace.
