Ashley was beyond patient with my work schedule. Took the time in explaining the whole process showing me all the paperwork of my cars worth so I’m not blindsided by anything. Did his best to get everything I was asking for. He wasn’t pushy with trying to hurry up and put me into some random car. The whole process was very professional and he made me feel like he actually cared about what car was best for my family and I. 10/10!.
