I worked with Ashley to find my son’s first car. I came into the dealership with a few options in mind and Ashley was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was patient and not pushy at all. Ashley showed us all the cars we were interested in and even suggested we take the car we had selected out for a second test drive just to be certain, which I thought was a great suggestion and helped me confirm I was making the best choice for my son. Furthermore, Ashley made me feel confident that my son had a trusted contact in him should he have any questions or concerns about the vehicle, especially since he’s a college student from out of state and far from home..

My overall experience with this purchase was positive. I left the dealership feeling I had made the right choice for my son and confident with the vehicle information provided by Ashley. Having said that, I feel the pricing and total costs involved could have been presented more transparently, as I only learned of an additional $1k in protection package costs at the time of filling out the credit application and not during my initial discussion with Ashley on purchase price and rebates, where I felt this information was pertinent to have been mentioned yet wasn’t. Aside from that, all other aspects of the experience were positive.
