Ashley is very personable and works to satisfy the customer's needs as best as he can. He actually follows up with phone calls to check on the customer. I have never had this done before.

Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Ashley the Car Guy

Ashley found out where the vehicles were because they were not available for customers to see on the sales lot. We had to walk a few miles to get to the vehicles but I had 4 different ones to look at. I drove a couple and my son and I liked the 2020 Explorer ST and started the deal. Ashley knew that I don't like to waste time in a car dealership. He got everything done and the total time from start to finish over 3 short trips was less than 2 hours.

The sales manager got involved to get me a good deal and work up the deal sheets then we went to the finance department. The finance guy made a couple of calls and got the deal done and I came back the next day to sign the papers.
